Hush Brand Ambassadors

Nine30 Advisors LLC (“Nine30”) offers the Hush Brand Ambassador Referral program (the “Program”) pursuant to which existing clients of Nine30 (“HBAs”) may be rewarded for referring new clients to Nine30. HBAs have entered into an agreement with Nine30 that entitles them compensation for referring prospective clients to Nine30.  HBAs are current clients of Nine 30. HBAs and Nine30 are not otherwise affiliated and HBAs are not authorized to provide investment advice or to otherwise act on behalf of Nine30.

Nine30 pays HBAs a referral fee that is based on number of referred clients and the account size of these clients. They will receive a base $5 for referred accounts, an additional $10 for accounts reaching above $500 in the first six months and an additional $15 for accounts reaching above $1,500 in the first six months. In addition, they may receive gift vouchers for reaching referral targets.

The HBA’s receipt of compensation under the Program presents a conflict of interest, in that it provides a financial incentive for the HBA to refer you to Nine30. For example, the HBA has an incentive to refer to you Nine30, rather than another investment adviser. The referral fees paid by Nine30 to HBAs is derived solely from compensation payable to Nine30 and no portion of the cost of the referral fee is passed on to you.

Marketing Videos

Social media videos with marketing, testimonial or endorsement content are paid advertisements and any individual appearing in them are paid spokespersons. Their compensation vary with video length, quality and other factors but does not exceed $300 per video.

Subscription Fees depend on the end of month value of your portfolio with us and range from free to $5 per month. NINE30 does not charge transactional fees, commissions or fees based on assets for accounts under $1 million. NINE30 does not receive compensation for referring clients or marketing third party services, and thereby avoids such potential conflicts of interest.
